THERAPY AND COUNSELLING
Eileen is a highly proficient clinician with many years of clinical practice, who provides a warm, supportive and confidential environment for you to learn strategies and skills designed for a more fulfilled life. She understands how difficult it can be to seek help, especially finding the right therapist for you, so please feel free to contact her to discuss what she can provide.
She is available on Mondays (8:00am to 3:00pm; in-person and telehealth appointments), as well as Tuesdays and Wednesdays (9:30am to 1:30pm; telehealth appointments only).
Eileen can assist you in a wide range of emotional and life issues, where treatment is tailored to suit you and your needs. She mostly sees clients individually, either face-to-face or via telehealth; and when possible, in group settings too. She is highly adept at using varied therapeutic approaches in an integrative manner, having drawn from years of experience working in specialist services and other diverse therapy settings. Concessional rates are available for students, people with government health care cards, and those in financial hardship.
Eileen works extensively with clients:

GROUP THERAPY
Eileen provides group therapy, specifically in the areas of social anxiety, excessive worry, panic, perfectionism, and public speaking concerns. Recruitment of participants who wish to be involved in any of the groups is currently on hold. When there are sufficient numbers of participants to form a group, it will commence and membership will be closed, with no new members admitted. The group is conducted in an interactive format, with provision of information, discussion, skill development, feedback, and homework practice. Please enquire if you wish to participate in group therapy.
